[Official] Anime/Manga Thread

Recommended Posts

I just finished reading Ai-Ren. It's basically a wordy version of Saikano. It's a must read for anyone who likes to know more about interpersonal connections between people in a post apocalyptic setting.

I enjoyed Saikano, might look into this :)

Radish?

Same here. Dragonball and Dragonball Z are the only long animes that I've watched. Thought I want to try Naruto and Bleach though. But it'll be hard to catch up :p

I've been wanting to do that for a long time but there are so many episodes to watch, that I constantly procrastinated it.

Have ago at Yu Yu Hakusho only 112 eps long and is a fun show to watch.....

Well, Bleach and Naruto mangas are out.

Bleach was just a teaser. We got to see Ichigos new form, and a bad ass move, but the art looked so hurried and black, that it was hard to tell what was really going on. Can't wait to see this animated.

Naruto was just so so. It was great for the fact that we got to see naruto and his dad interact, but not much really went on. But what I've heard, is that Naruto still has another clone storing chakra, and in the next episode, naruto is going to bust out like a thousand of his clones in sage mode on pain :))))))))))))))))drooooools

Cool, a classic anime. I always seem to enjoy those a lot. I assume it's along the lines of Bleach?

Yeah but with more fights and less emo

Awesome, I'm gonna check it out this weekend. Thanks a lot for the tip! :D

@Radish?: I'm also gonna check out Bleach this weekend. To me it doesn't really matter if I'm up to date with the episodes. The fun while watching it is more importan:):)

@maskedforever: That sounds pretty interesting. I'm gonna check both Saikano and Ai-Ren out.

I see that I won't be bored the next couple of day:p:p

CLANNAD ~After Story~ ep. 22

And we have a happy ending. :)

Finally got round to watching it, was great to see the family together again after Ushio's death  Fuko's antics were funny as well

Radish?

Damn, the BLEACH manga was too short, all it did was riled me up for next week :p !

    • Apple are scared of their customers! They have built a brand over the years of "it just works out of the box", but that slows innovation. Samsung's master stroke was the Galaxy Ultra: "Let's cram everything into one handset, make it so stupid only real nerds will love it, some of the features will work, some won't, but the audience will have such a high tolerance they won't care". Apple has no such device and so they are constantly worrying these days about the fallout of creating a new experience that customers might not like. I know it is often cited the reason they don't build a touchscreen Mac Book is they don't want to cannibalise the the iPad market, but I think it's equally cold feet after the criticism Microsoft receive trying to make a touch compatible desktop OS

    • So, an article that has nothing to do with Windows 11, still gets Windows 11 in the title and a build number as the picture? Dell have a buggy build of Support Assist HP have UEFI settings that need unlocking for the secureboot cert upgrade to take place.
    • What I can't seem to understand is that Google are paying SpaceX? Surely it would be the other way round, with SpaceX needing Google's datacenters etc.? Oh well, this level of money and power is way outside of my comprehension at the best of times.
