[Official] Anime/Manga Thread

I just finished watching Cowboy Bebop... Yet another sad ending :( And here I was hoping it would be a bit more cheerful than Code Geass

WTH was with Bleach chapter this weeks it sucked big time . Atleast naruto was better.

I don't know about Bleach but Naruto has kinda slowed down a bit don't you think? Hopefully next week's issue has some action specially since its going to be in color

Well since couples of chapters ago were the best chapters ever, no wonder we would feel meh since then.

I liked the new Bleach chapter, maybe Aizen will show some of his power that has been a long time coming with Shinji on the scene :)

Radish?

It was kinda boring, everyone was fighting menos and only last 2 pages were good (I guess)

Ya, the bleach manga was just horrible, every click i was like, really, this is only so many pages long, how many punches do i have to see??? The ending was great, but I feel robbed by the first 15 pages of punching menos.

Naruto is getting interesting. The action has stopped a bit for now, but it seems like its going to ramp back up pretty soon.

And yet, no one is speaking about One Piece, that's where the action's at!

Well i just follow the anime. The newest episode didn't have much action although the next one seems likes its going to :)

I found an Anime thread, lovely! I think I'll just make myself at home over in this corner.

I'm a big fan of Bleach, but I am also delving into unexplored territory with other Animes.

Ghost in the Shell is another big one that I enjoy, anyone else?

Well I hope to start that once I'm done with Black Lagoon

Queen's blade

Akikan

Natsu No arashi

Toaru Majutsu no Index

Kannagi

Hayakko

Yakushiji Ryoko No Kaiki Jikenbo

Sekirei

Strike witches

Kamen no maid guy

Kanokon

Zettai karen children

Nogizaka Haruka no Himitsu

best shows from the last year and a half.

That isn't really saying much. There have been a few really wonderful anime series recently, and a few ongoing series that are still good, but in general the last couple years have really sucked. 3-4 years ago it seemed like I was struggling to watch 15-20 different animes every week and they were all outstanding. Right now I'm really liking Canaan, though.

Welcome fellow Ghost in the Shell fan ;) Name a few more series which you've seen/liked :)

@The Watcher: I mate of mine kept talking about it. I believe it was the only anime he actually watched besides Gundam Wing, which he always talked about as well. I never gotten into One Piece because of the amount of episodes :p

Care to share the names of those anime?

PS: Anime is both the plural and singular.

Yes, I know that it's very long but after the 7th episode, you'll really get into it. Time will fly by!

Latest Tokyo Magnitude 8.0 episode had an very emotional feel with Mari and the two kids with the earthquake aftermath :(, realistic engaging drama (Y)

And Zan Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei was great with hiding away your real talent (Harumi! ) and time lag (Nozumu getting punched in the face a day later  ), it gave a nice nod to MJ as well (poster on the wall). It's so random and I love it

    • Got it. Seem like a good improvement. Thanks. But, before we "Add the source to Trusted Sites," how would know if it is trusted or not? Could get messy for not first Knowing" it is clean. See what I mean?

    • I just started using Teams (and “New” Oiutlook) at work (instead of Slack) and both are truly abysmal pieces of software.
