well im only 25 episodes away from finishing City Hunter TV how ever the live action movie with Jackie Chan was a little bit of a let down as it was dubbed and not much of the real City Hunter action you get from the anim?

Wondering what to move onto after im done with City Hunter should i put a few series from my on hold list to bed or start something new?

Also currently adjusting my sleep patterns for the weekend!

Awww, cra:/:/

Won't be reading it but I thought the side story is coming out in December?

Bleach was just pure awesom:D:D

Radish?

Yeah, you're right. It's December. I just checked. http://zotaku.com/2009/10/11/nodame-cantab...manga-to-start/

What a letdown... I'm now crossing my fingers for a fast, good translation of OverDrive!. It is one of my favorite anime (since I'm an athlete).

Wonder how the final season of the anime will fare if that's the way the manga ends.

Loved Over Drive as well, first sports-related anime I watched.

Kinda sucks that I had to put some anime series on hold due to school and illness. The later had started last week and due to it, I didn't feel like watching anything at all. Though I did watch FMA and an episode from Tokyo Magnitude 8.0. I'm looking to pick my normaly anime routine up again.

Gonna start with Dragon Ball Kai which is been on hold for some time now. I've seen Dragonball Z 2 times already so I'm kinda watching it for all times sake :p And I still like the series (besides GT of course).

I'm at the episode where Piccolo just told Gohan that he's going to be trained to fight Vegeta and Napa. So I'm quite a few episodes behind :p

They just released ep 28, which would be really like 70, so not as far behind as you could be :p

^Sweet, not gonna rush it though :p I hate to rush anime.

First episode of Kuchu Buranko was brilliant, the animation is so damn tripp:D:D

Yumi Sugimot:wub:b:

Radish?

Which sub group are you getting them from? I've searched for it but couldn't find anything.

Im sure a lot of you guys will disagree me, but I feel like the original full metal anime was better.

I know the original one didnt follow the manga very well (i havnt read it) but there were a bunch of side storys in the original and the character building was better, this one seems to be moving pretty fast.

Its still awesome, i just think that somewhere between the original and brotherhood would have been the best.

Technically I can't agree because I haven't watched Brotherhood but I certainly don't disagree. :) I just haven't had time to watch any of Brotherhood but I grab new episodes each week. I know it's a great show though.

However, the original Fullmetal Alchemist is one of my favorite shows ever, not just favorite anime. It was an excellent series.

I don't care that it didn't follow the manga. About halfway through the series they took the show in another direction and one of the reasons was a request to diverge the story from the FMA manga author because the manga material wasn't finished. So I look at them as two different entities. The first FMA anime had an excellent story and characters.

I have the same opinion with The Lord of the Rings books and the movies. I  both and I don't care that the movies left out stuff from the book, completely changed things around, etc. I just look at them as separate creations and appreciate them both.

I'm about 20 episodes into 07-Ghost right now and... is it just me, or does it kinda suck? Awesome premise, some really cool characters, and a shrouded backstory that when finally revealed will probably not be nearly as cool as what they lead you to imagine, yet with this wonderful world out there for the protagonist to explore and hide in as he runs from a massive dominating military I've been watching him hole up in a church for the last 7 hours while the same basic plot is reused for every episode and in between we get a small dose of what's really going on, who's who, and where it all might be leading. I'm finally at the point where Teito is captured, so he's finally leaving the church, but I at this point I'm like "yawn" and I'm glad I only have about 2 more hours left before it's over. Hopefully the ending makes up for the soap opera filler.

3 episodes in now and Letter Bee looks really good, I can only hope it lives up to its potential.

Tomorrow I might start catching up on Bleach. I'm about 30 episodes behind now  Everybody's enthusiasm about the current storyline is encouraging, but when I stopped watching it I was like  and never got around to getting back to it.

Out of all the anime review sites I've come across (especially MAL's user ratings), THEM 4.0 is the best one. It doesn't cover the latest anime but it certainly covers all the classics and well known franchises.

seems fair to good as they gave the show that really moved me back when i was still moderately human a good review.

One of the worst anime I ever came across: Tokimeki Memorial

It perfectly sums up the genre of harem. #@$@#$ harem. Girls who are retarded with a male protagonist with no outstanding qualities. See: Clannad, Love Hina, Ichigo 100%.

hmmm the Mokkori is weak with this one.

Also being a fan of harem anim? seems to pay well.

I wouldn't put Clannad in the same boat as Ichigo 100% and Love Hina, it's more serious than those two. Love Hina was the first harem anime I watched and I quite enjoyed it because of the comedy.

How can someone put CLANNAD in the same league as Ichigo 100% and Love Hina!:blink:in:| :|

Love Hina got some influence from Maison Ikkoku (the loser guy in a building who gets the girl in the end).

And Ichigo 100%...well...no commen:p. :p

    • I recently tried edge. It seems a lot better. A lot of the junk in it is gone. It seems less bloated and snappy.
    • Lethal fake phone chargers are still being sold on Amazon and eBay, UK watchdog warns by Paul Hill Credit: Pexels The UK consumer rights organization, Which?, is claiming that “potentially lethal knock-off chargers” are still being sold on online marketplaces seven years after it exposed the danger of these chargers. In its latest investigation, it bought 15 USB phone chargers from several online marketplaces and found they were missing key information, meaning they cannot be legally sold in the UK. Which? bought the 15 chargers from seven online marketplaces. These were Amazon (including Amazon Haul), AliExpress, B&Q Marketplace, Debenhams Marketplace, and eBay. It said that the chargers were so badly made that anyone using them was at risk of electric shock. Over half the chargers also posed fire and explosion risks. Of the chargers purchased, one was a fake Apple USB-C 35W power adaptor charger. To confuse buyers, the box was branded with an Apple logo, but testing found it to be a fake. Further testing picked up arcing sounds after 10 seconds of use, where a current jumps between two parts of the electrical circuit, which can cause fires, explosions, or electric shock. The manufacturers of this particular charger also put modeling clay inside it to make it feel more weighty, robust, and genuine. Not all of the chargers were technically faulty; however, some were missing key packaging, markings, and documentation, meaning they can’t be sold in the UK legally. Which? said that it is now campaigning alongside a coalition of safety groups and businesses for new laws that make online marketplaces responsible for ensuring the safety of products that they choose to list on their websites. It also said the government needs to start using powers under the Product Regulation and Metrology Act, which was adopted last July, to impose safety requirements on online marketplaces via secondary legislation, but so far, there have been delays. No matter what country you are in, be sure to properly research what you are buying and only buy authentic chargers to prevent fires. You can read more about Which?’s research here.
    • Visual Studio finally gets long-awaited feature that developers will love by Usama Jawad Visual Studio Code is Microsoft's popular, lightweight, open-source code editor, it is actually Visual Studio that is the company's flagship integrated development environment (IDE). Although the IDE already offers a boatload of useful features for developers, Microsoft has finally introduced a long-requested capability that will be loved by many. While developers have already been able to create Git pull requests (PRs) directly within Visual Studio for the past couple of years, it had not been possible to review a PR without switching to the browser, until now. Microsoft revealed in December 2025 that it is working on UX that enables developers to do just that, and fast-forward to June 2026, and Visual Studio finally has native capabilities to open and inspect a PR, discuss feedback, and wrap up the review, all without switching to the browser. This integration works for both GitHub and Azure DevOps (including on-prem). Developers have access to multiple surfaces to open a PR, including Git Repository, Git Changes, and the Git menu in Visual Studio. Once you open a PR, all the important details will be immediately visible to you, from where you can navigate to various levels of granularity and branch states, depending on the reviews that you are engaged in. As you would expect, you also get a diff view that enables you to see code changes inline or side-by-side in a separate panel. You can also review commit-by-commit. Additionally, this UX fosters collaboration as you can leave comments, reply to threads, and resolve conversations easily. Naturally, you can also leverage Copilot to apply a code suggestion to fix a potential issue. When you are done, you have the ability to approve, complete, and merge the PR. This is a pretty major feature as it has been requested heavily for the past few years. You can try it out in Visual Studio 2026 version 18.7, made available here recently. Microsoft plans to enhance this experience further in future releases with comment filtering, a timeline of PR activity, and more.
