Ok first late/allnighter in a while so i've been thinking about every 10 eps of InuYasha ill watch another series first one is Toaru Majutsu no Index so any suggestions as to what i should watch after episode 60?

http://myanimelist.net/anime/2352/Daiakuji_-_The_Xena_Buster ;)

Radish?

I thought so too. I deliberately rate the series lower than the movies but they do give character to the Section 9 screw due to the more in depth interactions between them.

that reminds me, I have to watch the GiTS movies. Have been putting that off due to the workload from uni :(

;) Work hard, play hard.

It's the only series that I rate the movies higher than the anime series (not that it keeps me from still keeping the anime series as one of my favorites.)

Saw "Royal Space Force: The Wings of Honn?amise" today. Was a good and fun movie to watch. Animation was good but nothing out of the ordinary. Music at some points didn't quite fit imo though I wasn't bothered by it. I'd give it a 7 out of 10:))

:oo You weren't impressed by how the space shuttle lifted off?! It was breathtaking when I watched it last year in 720p. Also take note that it was animated in 1987. However, I do agree with the awkward music track and overall vague story line mixed with philosophy.

Yes, I was impressed by it. But besides that and the scenery, it wasn't anything spectacular compared with other anime from the same decade. The story made up for it though because to me it was really interesting. I've got a big weakness for anything which have to do with space. And an anime set in a different timeline in which the first earthling goes into orbit for the very first time, is a win in my eyes :)

Those are the same sentiments I felt as I watched the movie. It's refreshing to see an anime movie based on real events. I just went through your MAL page and found out that you didn't watch Planetes. You HAVE to. It's my favorite manga series and the anime series manages to hold together (with a very unbelieavable ending plot) unlike the manga.

It's a MUST read. It's a must watch for any space fans like us.

I've watched 2 episodes and had accidentally removed the whole anime. I had the anime during the period where I always had to make room for new anime series. I also didn't have a DVD burner at that time which gave me no other choice besides removing anime that I had watched. I've been wanting to watch Planetes for a long time though I haven't come around obtaining it. I'm even able to buy the whole DVD set, which I'll be doing as I'm sure it's pretty much worth it. There's a goldmine of manga's near me which I'll be going to soon. I'm gonna see if they've got the "Planetes" manga, otherwise I'll read it online :)

"Freedom" is another anime about space which did leave a big impression on me. I'm sure I don't have to explain why though :p

No you don't but I'll say Katsuhiro Otomo is win anyway, brilliant anime :D

Even though the animation and concept was amazing, something didn't sit right with me. Maybe it's the naivety of the two main characters or maybe it's just I was underwhelmed after following up Planetes with Freedom.

By the way, Black Lagoon has one of the worst ending songs I've ever heard.

Why what's so wrong with it?

also i hope there'll be a second season of toaru majutsu no index.

It doesn't match wit the anime series AT ALL. It's so uninspired and boring.

Hearing English spoken with a Japanese accent is quite funny. Black Lagoon's characters are supposed to all be speaking English and when they interact in Japan, Rock has to translate so you get to hear the accented English. At least it isn't as painful as hearing it when I was watching Beck.

"Werll, Thang arll maitee" = "Well, thank All Mighty"

"I Rost debet" = "I lost the bet" :D

you sure you're not talking about the OP and not the ED?

too bad Stellvia of the universe only had 2 seasons i loved that show. there are a few games though.

IIRC it only had 1

The latest Bleach/One Piece and Naruto are out.

THe Bleech story is as slow as ever. We did not get anywhere in this issue either but Naruto and One Piece made a steady progress. Raikage and Killer-Bee vs Kisame and Luffy vs the 3 Admirals ;D

I don't know, at least Yammy finally did his release so I'm thinking that won't last too long now. And we finally get that Tousen has hollow abilities, so that should make the next chapter interesting.

    • A Warhammer 40K racing game and a chess roguelike are free to claim on the Epic Games Store by Pulasthi Ariyasinghe The Epic Games Store has returned to its standard giveaway procedures after weeks of mystery freebies. The latest drop is replacing last week's Rogue Waters and Songs of Conquest games and has brought in a double giveaway offering Warhammer 40K Speed Freeks and The Ouroboros King. As always, the game is yours to add permanently to your Epic Games Store library within the next seven days. From the duo, Warhammer 40K Speed Freeks lands from developer Caged Element, and it's a racing game that was only released last year. The title has you piloting Ork buggies, tanks, and aircraft modeled after the popular tabletop miniatures. The focus is on multiplayer mayhem, offering multiple game modes that have you fighting other players as everyone tries to survive and get across finish lines or destroy mechs. Crossplay support between PC and consoles has now arrived as part of a free update, too, giving a boost to matchmaking times for this multiplayer-focused title. If racing carnage isn't your thing, then The Ouroboros King offers tactics. The indie title is a mashup of chess and standard roguelike experience, letting players create their own armies to defeat an enemy faction, all on the familiar checkered board. There is a procedurally generated map, pieces with special abilities, relics that bend the game's rules to make overpowered builds, and more. The newly available Warhammer 40K Speed Freeks and The Ouroboros King giveaways on the Epic Games Store are set to run until June 11, giving PC gamers seven days to claim the latest offer. Once this closes out, a new freebie will take its place on the same day. Don't forget that mobile gamers can check out the Epic Game Store's weekly giveaways on Android and iOS to grab a freebie there as well.

    • The most consequential argument in technology right now is not about which model is smartest or which chip is fastest. It is about whether the entire enterprise is a generational revolution or the largest financial bubble ever inflated — and the unsettling answer, increasingly, is that it may be both at once.,,,, https://www.techtimes.com/articles/318138/20260610/ai-revolution-ai-bubble-trillion-dollar-question-splitting-wall-street-silicon-valley.htm This is a very good read.  For what it is worth, I agree with the answer to the question. • Stopped using Windows as my main workflow. Migrated completed to Linux. Been happier than a clam without a single issue nor windows annoyance. Leaving Windows has shown me the light at the end of the tunnel, or rather I went through the tunnel and I'm already at the light.
