Na, but the official releases are taking from horriblesubs, using their font and style. Normally we would get those horrible Comic Sans bold yellow letters or something. The fan subs started to put better font and colors into them, making it easier to read, as well as sort of matching the style.

^Might have been a disc for reviewers that they made a raw off as I haven't come across and 1080p rip. I'll be waiting for that until I actually watch it.

Yeah I think I'll do the same too. Esp since there might quite a bit of action in the 3rd one :laugh:

Has anyone watched the Gantz movie? Any idea when the japanese version is coming to dvd/bluray? I got my hands on the dubbed version but as usual its a really bad job.

I kinda stay away from live action movies like that, especially movie that were made from anime.

Please give those a shot. The first 3 are pretty serious, but have some slapstick to them. Versus is a amazing movie, with just fantastic cinematography, awesome over the top fight scenes, and a twisty story. But a great intro for what Live Action Anime should really be. The director has a good eye, and awesome way of showing it.

Storm Riders is a epic story. It has some cheesy moments, but for such a film, it does a great job at bringing what anime holds and has, into a live action role.

Alive is a psychological thriller. Really good movie though a little slow at parts.

Battlefield baseball is just zany. Imagine Golden Boy meets that Prince of Tennis... but with baseball. You have spontaneous musical scenes, followed by a crowd of people just showing up and clapping. Speeches of the power of friendship, and just amazing costumes. Really funny, really crazy... but at the end, you figure out why it is how it is. Great movie.

I'd mail you my DVD of it... but I had a epic journey just to find it like 8 years ago. Took me about 6 hours, and about 200 miles of driving to get it.... Was so totally worth it... and I found it at a place that was only 10 minutes from my house. But every store I tried before that said they had it, but then couldn't find it when I was there, and would call another and repeat... Finally gave up, went to the mall near my house, and SunCoast Video had 1 copy, hidden behind a copy of Dragonball Z anime. This was back when no one knew about it lol.

Don't know of any of you know Saya Takagi, she does lot of cosplay in japan. Unfortunately she passed away on March 15 in car accident, there was no way to for her family to let everyone know since it happen after the quake it was hard to get the news out.

So naruto's got a new OP and ED. I don't like the OP much but the ED was alright. Looking forward to next week's episode, hopefully its gonna be slightly fast paced :rolleyes:
