boot manager?

not sure why, but whenever i boot my machine, vista (my only OS) goes to the boot manager where you can chose "earlier version of vista" "windows vista" etc etc. if you leave it 20 seconds or so it begins booting as vista as normal, or you can hit return to boot vista immediatley.

not sure why it started doing this as it never used to! any ideas how i can get it to boot as normal?

download vista boot pro. it will let you manage the boot loader and delete unused sequences.
