Pick 3 Console Games

Recommended Posts

Ok, I guess this is a game, not a real one though.

But if you had to choose 3 games to play (on a console) for the rest of your life what would they be?

The only rule is they have to be offline games. If the game has an online mode that's ok though, but not something like CS or whatever because that's all online.

I'll start it off:

1. Super Mario World (or Allstars hehe)

2. Halo 1

3. NHL 09 +

I have to have an NHL game to play, being Canadian and all :p

What's everyone else got?

Ohh, good choice with Orange Box, I forgot that one.

I'm interested to see what other people will say, I'm probably forgetting some really good games :p

Hiding a game in your ass would be... tough.. lol

The Orange Box (better on PC though)

MLB 08: The Show

GTA III/Vice City/IV (can't decide, as long as it's not San Andreas I wouldn't mind which)

Edit: damn, forgot Tetris. Someone else fancy putting it in their list? One addicting game! :p

I bought Assassin's Creed but never really got into it, maybe I should play it again. I only got a few hours into it, does it get better later on?

I hate to waste a game bought, but I wasn't enjoying the first bit of it.

It was also pretty choppy on the PS3, xDayan did you have it on 360 or PS3?

It's extremely repetitive and I thought the storyline soiled itself almost instantly.

If they had kept it an actual game based in the old times it would've been sweet instead of the sci-fi BS they pulled.

Of course, that's just my opinion.

Game is a looker, and has a great animation engine though.
