Is Sams Club cheaper than walmart?

I have been thinking of getting the Sams Club membership. Is it really cheaper than walmart?

It depends on what you purchase. At Sam's most food items are in bulk quantities. I have seen items cheaper at Wal Mart and/or other stores. Look at their on line sites and compare pricing.

Highly recommended, Sam's Club membership is a necessity for most households. A lot cheaper to buy in bulk than small portions you get in Walmart or whatever other stores. It's not unusual to see people spending over $100 on a single trip, but what you buy usually lets you go longer between shopping trips.

sams club is not cheaper, it is basically "bulk" buying as walmart is not.

Yes, but because you are buying in bulk (say 100pc as opposed to 1pc), the piece price per item on 100pc will be cheaper than just buying 1.

Well Sams is owned by Walmart. But ppl who don't have a lot of money it puts more strain when you buy in bulk than buying a few of something.
