Bandwidth monitoring application?

I'm looking for an application that will show me which apps are using how much bandwidth on my Mac. I'm currently using iStat menus in my menu bar, but it only shows the total transfer speed up/down. Is there any app that can show me transfer speed per application?

Little snitch has a little window that shows per app bandwidth, though it's not very detailed.

Yeah, that's not really what I'm looking for. I would like something that will actually show KB/s up and down for each app.
