Ghost Whisperer Intro

I have been watching alot of Ghost Whisperer and i was trying to run through the intro and try and piece together what it exactly means.

Throughout the program and intro there are strong relations to Vanitas symbols

Basically i know what the woman holding the blue egg means. It's to do with symbolising rebirth and change.

I think this next part has two meanings.

The person who holds the burning picture also has a watch this symbolises the brevity of life. i also think the burning picture could be to do with burning memories or burning time or something but im not to sure. But if you look in the background you see fast moving people so i again believe it's something also to do with time and that it takes time to get over the loss of someone.

The boy sitting there next to the woman i believe thats to do with victorian death photographs although i could be wrong.

But im at a loss as to what everything else means please correct me if i am wrong in anyway.
