WOW so microsoft IS really supporting custom themes with Win7.. The question is, is our uxtheme already patched for OTHER custom themes or is this a M$ only thing and we will have to patch our uxthemes for user created themes in 7 just like in previous versions of Windows?

These themes are just a wallpaper with Windows 7 theme in a different color. Those aren't themes as in different visual styles.
