And i was showing a picture of my desktop! I wasn't in mac mode, and i would be damned if i could be bothered to re-boot into it just for a picture. So i used a photo i took earlier.

That icon is from the application called Process. You can get it from here http://www.jumsoft.com/process/

and then extract the package contents. I think it is under the resource folder if I remember correctly
