Mod from the same person guess it's one the E-mail and Messaging Widgets. You need developer mode or whatever it's called to be active to keep it on the desktop

lol yea I cant see it for ****, but its stuck like that. I was experimenting with a black menu-bar/white text and was never able to get it back to normal. i rarely click anything up there though. keyboard shortcuts..
