I want to upgrade my memory to 800Mhz since my Gateway mobo supports it - currently using 667Mhz. Are these any good?

Could I upgrade my CPU to a Phenom II? My mobo's current CPU is an Athlon 64 X2 6400 3GHz - AM2 SOCKET. Would I be able to use the AM2+ CPU on it?

your 6400 should be running at 3.2ghz unless its really a 6000...as for the Phenom II you need to check if your motherboard supports AM2+. You will probably have to update your bios also.
