There's a value you have to change somewhere (I can't remember; :p). One of the script files relating to the script (RefreshWeatherPlus.vbs or WeatherPlus.vbs). At the top of either one of those. I guess it would be easier to make a fake shadow on the wallpaper, that way it wouldn't interfere with the titlebar of maximized windows.
