Why is it in this day n age a six year old is playing with a size 5 ball.

0-4 size 2

4-6 size 3

6-14 size 4

14 + size 5

The boy will probably suffer from serious ankle problems.

The boy is nothing special, seen better.

His skills would improve with a size 3 ball though.

Damn right Lee! He may be able to adapt when his legs/feet grow, that's if some damage hasn't already been done.
