I patched uxtheme (using UXTender) and applied Leopard X theme to my Windows XP SP3. I used the one here: http://kspudw.deviantart.com/art/Leopard-X-76664828. Here is the problem:

It looks like the deformation appears only in the integrated programs, e.g.: Notepad, Wordpad, Paint ... The other programs (e.g.: MS Word, Excel ?) seem to work fine. Does anyone know how to solve this?

Also I would like to ask you for your opinion on patching uxtheme.dll in Win XP SP3. I'm using Version 5.1 (Build 2600. xpsp_sp3_gdr.080814-1236 : Service Pack 3) and I couldn?t find the right Uxtheme Patch on the website: http://www.withinwindows.com/uxtheme-patches/ so I patched it using UXTender. Which patch would you recommend?

I applied it again and now it works! Thanks for your quick reply, man! :D

Since you guys know a lot about skinning, I should ask a few more things here.

I applied this Leopard X theme, but it doesn't look like the one in the picture here: http://kspudw.deviantart.com/art/Leopard-X-76664828. It don't have dock and the other stuff, because I applied it only through Desktop > Properties > Appearance Tab. It the rar there are folders like: Apps, Cursor, Icons, Screensaver, Shell, Sounds, Wallpaper and X.msstyles file. I don't know which programs should I use to apply the entire theme. Any help will be appreciated.

You should read the info on that deviantART page. He made a list of applications to use with the theme. Unfortunately, there's no way that you can apply the entire theme with only 1 app :)
