Can't delete, move or edit browseui.dll?

Hi there... First post on NeoWin... Seemed like an active forum, so thought I might receive more assistance here than other places I've tried.

You see, I've installed some visual styles, but it's not quite finished, if you know what I mean. To also change the style of Explorer, I have to replace my browseui.dll file with the one that comes with the visual style. This is where I'm stuck. I cannot delete, move or edit the browseui.dll file, the message "You need permission to perform this action - Try again, or Cancel" just keeps showing.

Yes, I am the administrator of my computer.

Yes, UAC is disabled. (Don't know if UAC has any important role in this)

Any help is greatly appreciated. :)

you have to set the owner of the file to your account and give you full access (read, write) to the file before you can delete and replace it. You can use the tool TakeControl from XPero. Use the search to find the tool

Alright, the link from the thread here on NeoWin was dead, so I just googled it... Seems like a quite handy tool. :) I've "taken control" over the browseui.dl, and...
