As a ratio, 50 down and 1.5 up is pretty horrendous. Especially when their network is perfectly capable of supporting alot more.

Congested? i can't play css tonight and also vac is down and steam friends tonight. I got like 30k ping in vent and 999 ping on css, unplayable atm ;p Dunno what going on with virgin atm.
