Yeah, I got an email last week from Fandango that tickets were available. So I ended up getting a few IMAX tickets for the 12:01 showing :D.

Re: 3D. My understanding is that they've cancelled the "main" release of Deathly Hallows Pt. 1, but they're aiming to get a 3D version of it out before Part 2 (which they're still planning on releasing in 3D) comes out.

I didn't mean Part 1 per se in my previous post. Just in general that this will be the first movie I'll see in 3D. Part 1 will be in IMAX since they aren't doing the 3D release yet (or ever for that matter).
