It's been some time since I posted last in here, but I reformatted and gave my MBP a complete refresh. It runs so much faster however Im missing some icons and cant find them anymore so Im slightly gutted! Also missing the fact that I cant remember how I got rid of the dock, I have to use the 2D dock, but I remember having a 3D dock, which didnt show, and it looked mint.

Also, I had a widget that allowed you to drag and drop files and it would upload them, I forgot its name and cant find it, any one knows it let me know please :)

Any way, here it is at the moment :)

Just wish i had a newer mac or even leopard for this ibook G3 800Mhz apparently it will run it!

From my notes file, (makes your Mac think it has a faster processor so the installer will not bomb):

# Fake the Leopard installer Disc to load on a <867 Mhz G4

1. Reboot your Mac and hold down the Cmd-Opt-O-F to enter Open Firmware.

2. For single CPUs, use the following three lines:

dev /cpus/PowerPC,G4@0

d# 867000000 encode-int " clock-frequency" property

boot cd:,\\:tbxi

3. For dual CPUs, use the following five lines:

dev /cpus/PowerPC,G4@0

d# 867000000 encode-int " clock-frequency" property

dev /cpus/PowerPC,G4@1

d# 867000000 encode-int " clock-frequency" property

boot cd:,\\:tbxi
