WANT

What hardware are you running it on?

Core 2 Duo E6750 2.6Ghz @3.5Ghz

GA-965P-DS3

4GB DDR2 800

8800GTS 640mb

I simply put the DVD in the tray, customized the install by selecting the stuff specific to my hardware

I'm pretty noobish when it comes to this whole OSX86 scene, but since it was soooo easy to install OSX in the first place, I decided to just try updating to 10.5.7 via Software Update, if anything went wrong I could just simply reinstall it... BUT GUESS WHAT, IT WORKED!

I've installed OS X here before, but it was always a little more complicated trying to get things up and running. The osx86 community is advancing so much though by releasing new drivers, fixes, etc. , now basically anyone can do it (assuming it's compatible :p) . You also need a bit of luck with your hardware combination, it may not play well with OS X. I guess I lucked out with mine. The scores I get in benchmark utilities like Xbench are comparable to a Mac Pro!

Nice, thanks for the list. I was considering getting either another desktop (yeah, I need # 12) or picking up an HP Mini, which appear to be relatively easy to load up with OSX.

Thanks!

    • Did Labour lose big? They had losses there is no doubt. However let's look at the reality. The conservatives have 168 councils I believe. Labour have 113 and Reform...38. That's a lot of growth for Reform granted. But that is not a wipeout, Reform don't have the majoring in fact at 76 I believe the Liberal Democrats have nearly twice the councils Reform do. So I am thinking there is a lot more noise than signal going on here. Now then let's talk about the law. It's an age restriction. We do it for cigarettes, **** and alcohol. This idea that some kids will find there way around it so it's not worth even trying is really really sad. Hell we can't stop every murder. Should we stop trying there too? That is the logical conclusion.
    • A game not selling doesn't mean the people working on it did "bad work". It reviewed decently well. It was also on gamepass on release.
