Third Men in Black in Development!

Recommended Posts

I got news for you guys, if Smith drops out, so will Tommy Lee Jones. Then they will have to have an all "new" cast. Ugh, Men In Black: The First Class ?

yeah no Will and not TOmmy = Men In Fail

Zac Efron!.... :pinch:

Robert Pattinson could work... They could feature vampires :pinch:

I don't think Tommy Lee Jones was even supposed to be in the 3rd. Although Smith would be dumb to drop out as that movie will make way more than his lil magical sailing city would.

+1

 Shoot stakes... like Van Helsing :D

 !

Man he needs to get his head together!

if it sparkles we shoot!

HAHA then of course we would have to bring in werewolves :shifty:

Remember a couple weeks ago when we told you that Barry Sonnenfeld had confirmed Will Smith for Men in Black III and that the film would be in 3D? Well, now those two facts are double-confirmed (slow news week) but Deadline offers a new tidbit of info: Sony has set the film for May 25, 2012. That?ll be a crowded summer: The Avengers hits May 4, Battleship also lands May 25, then Star Trek 2, Spider-Man and Batman 3 are all set for the weeks following.

Deadline says that Smith is the only one who has signed (again, repeating what we knew) and that Sony is in talks with Tommy Lee Jones and Josh Brolin to get their contracts sealed. Deadline also offers that this one is getting into gear quickly, with Rick Baker already designing and building creatures, Bo Welch designing sets and David Koepp doing a last polish on Ethan Cohen?s script. I?m always eager to see any new creature work from Rick Baker, but the 3D thing definitely lessens the appeal.

Can't say I really remember the second one, but the first was bloody awesome, so I'll certainly give the third a look in! (Y)

Likewise, I watched it recently and there wasn't really anything memorable in it. First was spectacular, one of my favourites. Hopefully they can recreate that. One of the missing pieces in the 2nd was Tommy Lee Jones' character. He only came back halfway through it. I like Will but Jones is what made the first as good as it was. His attitude was great. He better return, although I'd be surprised if he doesn't. Who's going to protect us from the :alien:

Men in Black 3D, written by Etan Cohen and directed by Barry Sonnenfeld, is really gearing up. The film has recently locked in Tommy Lee Jones, Will Smith and Josh Brolin. Now, confirming a rumor from months back, Jemaine Clement is in ?final negotiations? to join the film. Who will he play?

THR says that Clement will play one of the villains ? he?s playing a guy (or ?guy?) named Boris, who is said to be ?charmy [sic] and creepy at the same time.? Early rumors pegged his character name as Yaz, which Deadline still reports, but THR says that was a placeholder.

    • That's not clickbait. Clickbait is headlines like, "You'll never guess what this person looks like now" for example. For goodness sake, take a look around the internet if you think this is clickbait. How do sites survive if people don't click through to articles? How many people in all honesty would have clicked this if it had your suggested headline? You and those upvoting your post won't be happy until the web is a couple of hundred websites all behind a paywall.

    • Or use Epic games and get full games for free. lol Steam and their demos. Thankfully there’s competition
    • Maybe I missed it, but does this say anywhere that the game save bug has been squashed? I haven't encountered it myself, but it would be nice to know I'm good to go. Anyway, amazingly well done game. Mostly more of the same. ...but when the same is best in class with improved graphics and features, then a win.
    • Well when your game flops, you should expect this. If I do bad at work, I would expect a layoff. Less than 1600 people played it on steam. https://steamdb.info/app/1934570/charts/
