The wall is watercolor modified by me, I guess I can send it to you

The icons are made originally for macOSX (you can find them at Iconfactory ) , I converted them with help from Marvilla's tutorial ( thanks marvilla for this by the way, great job (Y) )

I think it comes with the latest Bluecurve XP Visual Style (don't know who did it), in the Completed Visual Styles forum. Otherwise you can download and unpack the SRPM called something like redhat-artwork from one of RedHat's FTP mirrors.
