Installing Exchange 2003 Std Edition from Ent Edition media kit

Hi,

Is there a way to install Exchange 2003 Standard Edition from Exchange 2003 Enterprise Edition media kit?

In 2007 this is done easily as all the key does is change the maxstores from 5 to 50 and changes a few other values, the binaries remain the same.

I do not believe this is the case with 2003, I believe the binaries are different.
