Not to flame anyone here, but could I make a suggestion? Could some all powerful moderator/Admin PIN a thread about converting PNGs to ICOs and ICOs to PNGs...so people don't ask this question every 4 days? Just a thought.

The Burning Rom

How bout .ico to .png? So that all the kewl icons I want to use for Object Dock I can, since it only supports .png? (Sorry if this question has been asked before)

I think Icon Sushi also allows you to export ICOs to PNGs. Axialis Iconworkshop also does the trick very nicely (with a batch convert function as well).

Also Photoshop 7 can change png to a ico file

in the save menu change it setting to all files

type in *.ico for the filename

it will switch

then put the filename

and save it

I have PS-CS and that isn't true (I don't think). When I go to save, there is no "All Files (*.*) option, and when I do "iconname.ico" (with quotes), the icon FOR the icon is just a white piece of paper, with the program with 6 dots in it. Any ideas?

Jimmerz28, use IconWorkshop File Explorer (Crtl+E), browse to the .png folder, select all .png files (Ctrl+A), right click and select Batch Create Windows Icons From Selection

Thankyee much. Finally all the file extensions from Office X are mine! :woot:

    • It's expensive, but I bet it will still sell out just like the Steam Deck and the Steam Controller
    • This is listed as a preview in WU for me. I usually don't grab them as previews; what's your opinion on it so far?
