How to get rid of Double WLM icon in Windows 7 taskbar?

My WLM shows two Windows in Windows 7. Since i dont use the grouping options i find the 2 icon very annoying and wasting space. Anyone know how to get rid of it?

P.S It shows 2 icons even i only had the contract list window open

I wish people would learn to close it properly.

Everyone seems to wrongly minimise it which gives two icons instead of closing it which gives only one icon.

Why hasn't this been addressed already. What you said suddenly reminds me i have had this problem in Beta as well. ( I switched to RC and forgot about the solution )

the only time you should have 2 icons is when your chatting. other than that i see only 1 on my taskbar
