How to create a Switcher shortcut in Quick launch on Vista

I basically wanted to know How to create a Switcher shortcut in Quick launch beside flip3d shortcut which will replace LWin + ` shortcut action.

I am using Vista 64bit

I'm pretty sure that Switcher (3rd party application) just captures Win-~ presses by default. You just need to add it to start automatically when you boot.

Not sure why someone would want a 3rd party application to do what Alt-tab does.

I didn't mean to replace Alt-tab or Win-tab behavior. I just wanted a switcher shortcut in quick launch bar beside Flip3d shortcut.

I was impressed by it and want to use it untill I'm bored with it :p
