What is the best web hosting company with the most bang for your buck???

Honestly I think its powweb. It's very cheap ($10/month) I think for 500MB space and 30GB bandwidth, comes with PHP but MySQL is a one-time $30 setup fee. I have four sites on them currently and the uptime is pretty good, its rarely been down lately. MySQL does screw up sometimes but this is limited to a short 5min period about once a month.

Try 34SP.com - they're UK based, but their servers are in the US. They accept all major credit cards and are amazingly cheap. Starting from ?15 a YEAR. That's about $27 a year.
