No, in the cases of an outside disturbance the call is for the game to be stopped until the disturbance is removed. The goal should have been disallowed and the game should have been restarted from the point of the incident. Liverpool performed poorly, but the referee is an idiot, and it is little surprise he has been dropped for this weekend's round of games

^ Quite amazing. Both sides were playing with a ten man squad in the last few minutes. >_> Stay classy, Vidic and Mascherano.

Haven't watched the game yet, but it sounds from the commentary like both sendings off where equally, Vidic has a pretty unenviable disciplinary record against Liverpool, and Mascherano isn't far behind. Hope Gerrard is back soon, I feel we may suffer with him and Mascherano out

haha wow I did not see that coming! Diamanti def changed the game when he got subbed on.

Great comeback from the hammers that

If they where wearing anything other than football kit, that image would look rather dodgy

Yeah I was really pleased with the way we fought for that point but I do feel we did not make the most of the oppertunities we created. I hope that we get some form of confidence boost from this and take that winning mentality forward to the rest of the fixtures.

Absolutely terrible refereeing in the Arsenal match. Diamanti should not have been given a free kick and there should not have been a penalty. On top of that, Parker should not have gotten a red card and Arsenal's defense was just complacent. I would not want to be a defender in Wenger's locker room after the game...

We have a life. One day or another, you will get one too. Hopefully.

We played poorly, no doubt, we missed someone who can speed up even more the game, Nani and Valencia (who was very good on sunday) aren't like that yet.

But I still think 2-0 is not a fair result. We were technicaly far better than Liverpool. We didn't have enough goal opportunity.

We simply lost a battle, a battle every fan wants to win, sure, but it's no big deal. We don't need a tree to hide the forest, if you know what I mean. :shifty:

I already have one thanks

And being technically better means nothing. Pretty passing is useless if you have no penetration. Liverpool had the penetration, and you didn't. I have watched the game and I think 2-0 actually flattered united, apart from their pretty passing they where frankly crap.

RAFA REVEALS AQUILANI DEBUT PLAN

Jimmy Rice 27 October 2009

Alberto Aquilani could make his Liverpool debut against Arsenal on Wednesday after being named in the squad for our Carling Cup fourth round clash.

The 25-year-old will not start at the Emirates but Benitez may utilise him as a substitute at some point.

The boss told Liverpoolfc.tv: "He will be with us. He is improving his fitness, so he's in the squad.

"He cannot start at this moment but he will be there and maybe we can give him some minutes. If it's possible we will try to use him."

Benitez believes the Italy international, who hasn't featured since signing from Roma in the summer due to an ankle injury, will add a new dimension to his midfield.

"We can see in every training session that he has quality, game intelligence and good movements," said the Spaniard. "He is a different kind of player for us.

"We talk about using Gerrard deeper sometimes, but maybe in Aquilani we have a player who can play there and pass the ball really well in the final third."

    • One of reasons why they have so much infrastructure available is that severely overestimated how many people would be using Grok.
    • No updated SSD capacity, no updated specs (not surprised tbf), just nostalgia baiting! Bring back the boot sequence and the UI as an easter egg!
    • Why? It will just cost so much more and make you PC poor and they become PC rich off your calamities! “Just because you can” isn’t a flex either!.
    • Microsoft confirms a new, useful Teams' app is coming very soon by Sayan Sen In the modern digital workspace meeting recordings and summaries are very commonplace, still finding the right recap later can be surprisingly difficult. To address that inconvenience Microsoft is working on a new dedicated meeting recap application designed to bring all meeting recaps into a single, centralized location. In a recent announcement on its Microsoft 365 roadmap website, the company has confirmed the new applet and has explained how the new experience will work and why it believes it can help users stay on top of discussions without having to search through multiple chats, calendars, or files. For those unfamiliar, meeting recaps provide a summary of key discussions, decisions, action items, and other relevant information generated after a meeting ends. They are intended to help participants revisit important points while also allowing those who missed the meeting to quickly catch up on what happened. Traditionally locating older recaps could require users to navigate through various conversations or meeting histories. The new meeting recap app aims to simplify that process by gathering all available recaps into one dedicated hub. According to Microsoft, this should make it easier to browse past meetings, review outcomes, and stay informed about ongoing projects and discussions. One notable feature of the applet is the addition of quick filters which are meant to allow users to instantly narrow down the list of available recaps and surface specific meetings without manually searching through extensive records. Audio recap is also there. If you're wondering how long these recaps will last before self-expiring, the app will provide access to meeting recaps from the past 30 days or approximately one month. You can view the feature entry here on the official Microsoft 365 (M365) website under roadmap ID 564614. Its rollout is set to begin this month (June 2026). Do keep in mind though that new feature rollouts often get delayed.
