I knew i was right. They kinda messed up a bit as Dana originally said she had an AUDIO file of a recording. I just went back to episode 18 and played the interogation part again (22:22 is where she said it). In the recent episodes she was saying she has a VIDEO recording instead.

Jack killing someone in cold blood isn't new. Just ask Andre and Victor Drazen, Ryan Chappelle (different circumstances), Nina Myers, Chris Henderson and the pedophile he shot and beheaded in CTU. Also Paul Raines, but not by a shot, instead he forced doctors to work on someone else, and Palmer's assassin, who he promised to get to a hospital but then shot.

Taylor is such a moron. This is the fourth idea that Logan had to fix a situation. Don't you see a pattern!?
