Steve Jobs photographed leaving the Apple campus

Steve Jobs is back to an Apple a day -- and we've got the proof.

post-1302-1248942808_thumb.jpg

TMZ obtained this photo of the Apple co-founder leaving company headquarters in Cupertino, California around 3:00 PM today.

It's the first time we've seen Jobs back in action since January, when he took a leave of absence for a liver transplant. Jobs has reportedly been back at work for about a month.

BTW -- this photo was taken on an iPhone.

man I feel so sorry for him. Man has done nothing wrong but make a great company, yet we treat him like Michael Jackson right now. It's sad really.

Glad he is back at work, but I do have to agree, he looks horrible.

that would explain the quality issue...

That, or the distance from him when the photo was taken.

The right one is clearly digitally zoomed, and for all we know, the left one could be a bit too.

Hopefully it's because he's in a stage of recovery from the transplant rather than the opposite though. There was a time he had major trouble digesting his food AFAIK, but I hope that problem is going to be past him soon.

Recent news coinciding with this:

Steve Jobs recovering after liver transplant

Jobs, a pancreatic cancer survivor, said early this year that a hormone imbalance caused the considerable weight loss that had some speculating whether his cancer had returned.

...

"But, just like I didn't lose this much weight and body mass in a week or a month, my doctors expect it will take me until late this spring to regain it."

wow, i guess that really is all he ever wears.

it'd be cool if he'd chosen a 'final fantasy' style outfit as the only thing he would wear instead of blue jeans and a black turtleneck.

even a marvel superhero style outfit would have been awesome :D

I think Steve Jobs was too arrogant as a person and it cost him unknowingly his health. He can't even enjoy his success which is just sad. We can all learn something from his successes and mistakes.

I personally dislike when the media makes such a publicity stunt about a person as previously mentioned. We should look at ourself's more and less on others.

He's attempting to come off like Einstein, who famously (and incorrectly) was believed to wear the same exact clothing every day. It's all part of his carefully cultivated illusion of 'cool'...that he's got more important things to worry about than his clothing.

Professional dislike aside, I hope nothing but the best for him as far as his health is concerned, and wish him a speedy recovery.

 What the hell are you talking about?

    • I'm still rocking iOS 25.x on my primary phone cuz iOS 26 still has usability quirks (mostly aesthetic and thus its UX) which I don't wanna deal with -- and I've been piloting them with all of these updates on my backup phone, so I'm well aware of its "improvements" since iOS 26 was first released (compared to version 26.5.x).
