I've just made mine "less gray" now. However Cody said that somebody had asked to

to do an Olive version 1st...so I won't be able to release mine publically. I'm sure

there'll be a better one soon. For now consider this an 'unoffical temp skin' - lol

Here is a comdlg32.dll file edited for c10k so that the font is verdana and you wont get probs editing colors in the CHOOSECOLOR dialog.

Replace in the same way as my msgina.dll fix (find it on page 21 I think)

A good question, why do people like visual styles on their computer? I like the classic Windows interface (been running Windows since Win98 - built my first computer 4 yrs ago in April 1999). Its simple, and I don't need any sort of eye candy to run an OS.

yea..i love the addition of the beige (classic-like) taskbar..but i think the quicklaunch icons are a tadbit raised..on my taskbar anyway...anyone else?

some people like how it looks compared to the original ... it's more appealing to the eyes :)

I actually find Classix and Classix 10k better than the orginal Classic. It's not as harsh on the eyes with all the strong bevels.

My version of Winamp 2 skin released here. I decided to post one color variaton first because I if you want something changed or you found bugs it will be a lot harder to change all colors. So speak up while there still time. :cool: I've done first Classix 1.0 Ergonomic (because that's the one I use).

Very cool, but I think I'll stick to my Snively mod for now. Much simpler.

As for your skin, I would get rid of the inset around the main area. Kinda is distracting.
