What was the last movie you watched?

Recommended Posts

Well, not really nude there. And I came to a conclusion yesterday that instead of wasting 1,5 hours watching Whiteout, one should just watch
:D

But anyway - just watched Synecdoche, New York, and... wow. As i already said - movies like that can only be described as poetry. Still going through it in my head.

well technically she is nude in the shower :p but Kate walking around in undies is win for me :p

The last two movies I watched were absolutely terrible.

First was Universal Soldier: Regeneration, I had what-so-ever no expectations of this movie being any good. Boy was I right, I know Jean-Claude Van Damme was never the best actor but I always at least enjoyed his movies from the 80s/90s. Anyways, don't waste your time with this movie as I'm sure most of you may put off anyways.

Then Whiteout, which was really pointless, long and boring. But I watched it for Kate Beckinsale and Columbus Short.

I hope this weekend to find time to see Avatar in 3D, I have yet to see it.

Jennifer's Body... Crap movie, seriously...

No but, I'm serious, it look like they wanted a movie with Megan Fox in sexy poses then they built a story around it...

The story is a series of random clich?s... The bar scene was an atrocity, man people will really just stare slowly at the fire that move all around?

Whatever...

500 Days of Summer.

Not the typical movie I watch, but it was definitely a good selection. I can definitely related to Tom's character in some aspects. Love really is a pain in the ass...

That was a great movie, they really need to come out with an uncut version when it hits DVD & Blu-ray!

I don't think adding more to it would make it better. It was just great as it was. But I saw an interview with Emma Stone on the youtubes and she said they plan to make a bunch more Zombielands. So there should be more fun to come.

    • Could you come up with a slightly less depressing background for Tux instead of that gray gradient? Doesn't have to be cheerful, just less of a downer...
    • Linux 7.2's first release candidate gets off to a good start by Paul Hill Credit: Larry Ewing It has been a few weeks since the release of Linux 7.1, and in that time, the Linux 7.2 merge window has been open, where developers can submit their features and patches ready for the upcoming release. That window is now shut, and the release candidate phase has begun so that new features can be tested and further fixes applied. According to the founder of Linux, Linus Torvalds, this week’s release candidate looks “reasonably normal”. Although we are super early in the release candidates, this is a good sign as it makes it more likely that an eighth release candidate will not be needed. Torvalds even mentioned that the update’s stats are only larger than they really are because there was another AMD header drop with a third of the patch just being AMD GPU register definitions, which aren’t big changes but make the code contributed look larger overall. In addition to this, he noted that just over half the patch is drivers, even when excluding the AMD register dump. The rest of the changes are spread out over architecture updates, tooling, documentation, and core kernel updates. In the next week, Torvalds says that he will be chilling out, taking the week “mostly off”. Despite this, he will be reading emails and keeping up with things, so if he is slow responding, now you know why. He said he is hoping for a calm week, but we will just have to see if the second release candidate is actually like that. We should expect seven or eight release candidates before Linux 7.2 is released, so expect it around the end of August. If you missed it a few weeks ago, be sure to check out our coverage of Linux 7.1's release.
