Nice job hacking/porting/backporting (?) this. Looking good!

It isn't any of those three, more created from scratch using the image mock-ups posted by Mozilla.

Personally I love this theme, best available theme for Firefox by far.

Sorry for pestering but again any ETA on text issue fix? :p

Only thing keeping this from perfect, I can't use locationbar, and get garbled text with no script. Url bar on it's own is okay without locationbar enabled.

Works fine in TwentyTen so I assume there's just a wee tweak needed somewhere (Y)

Anyone have a link to the latest beta build?

Both are final now, but they are not showing up on Mozilla yet. You can find both Strata40 and StrataBuddy here https://addons.mozil.../versions/14762 and https://addons.mozil.../versions/14284

Changes (for both Strata40 and StrataBuddy)

Changes from beta4:

- Made the leap from 0.6 beta to 0.6 final!

- Went back to the standard aero window borders to reduce bugs

- Removed 'darker tabs' option as it is now integrated into the theme

Anyone know how I can setup like this?

At the moment you cannot get the App Button set up to be in the title bar. But otherwise just download the theme and StrataBuddy (Be sure to choose the Beta channel) and rearrange everything as necessary. The bookmarks icon seems to be a little off but otherwise yes.

Thanks, I have done that. Got it exactly like that except the title bar at the top. Do you happen to know what wallpaper was used in that image?

It is one of the defaults in Windows 7, have a look around the web. :)

#main-window[sizemode="normal"][strata-glasser] #browser-bottombox,
#main-window[chromehidden*=" "][strata-glasser] #browser-bottombox {
-moz-border-image: url("chrome://browser/skin/bottom-box.png") 1 1 2 1 / 0px 1px 2px 1px !important;
}

That makes the status bar a bit better.

    • I do not really see the need in Promoting it, at least not outside the EU where they have the prompt asking which browser you want to use. For the rest of us its pre-installed and just there. why advertise it lol.

    • Thanks, but the auto refresh of ads is something I can't change.. it has been this way even when we worked with Ziff Davis years ago, at the least the refreshing of the ads no longer messes with the page at all. Also it is comical when I see an ad I want to click on or view, and then it refreshes before my eyes Lol. Btw I do not click on ads to generate revenue, just the ones that appeal to me, like when I am looking for a new wardrobe and then an ad appears for a sale on something local to me.
