A "genetically proven woman" with a muscular body of a man would be unfair for any other women.

I mean, why we separate women and men in sports? Because the men are generally stronger and more athletic at the base.

If we start to accept women with a body that have more characteristic like a men, why we don't just put all sports unisex then?

I don't know what is the limits of fairness in this, I'm not a sport regulator, but in theory, I don't see why we would permit women with man body to participate in women classes.

Umm because it's unfair. You can't help how your body develops, just because your body develops to look more masculine doesn't mean you shouldn't be treated the same or not allowed to participate.

On another matter, doing this test is in my opinion saying "Woman are only so good, and in order to be any better you have to be male" it's quite insulting.

The reproductive role of the organism. If it has eggs and is unable to fertilize those eggs by itself then it is a female. Why do people act like gender is something mysterious? The definition is very clear: "being the sex (of plant or animal) that produces fertilizable gametes (ova) from which offspring develop".

Uh, no. Just go for the genes.

Uh, no. Just go for the genes.

They both conclude identical results, sexypeperodri. Fortunately, any respectable collegiate dictionary or scientific journal would affirm Solid Knight's definition from a scientific standpoint.

Tests show that controversial runner Caster Semenya is a woman ...and a man!

The 18-year-old South African champ has no womb or ovaries and her testosterone levels are more than three times higher than those of a normal female, according to reports.

The tests, ordered by The International Association of Athletics Federations after Semenya's 800-meter victory in the World Championships, determined she's a hermaphrodite - having both male and female organs.

Semenya could be stripped of the gold medal she won in Berlin last month and her competitive future is in limbo, according to Australia's Daily Telegraph.

The athletics governing body is also expected to advise her to have surgery to fix the potentially deadly condition, the paper reported. The IAAF would not comment on the results that have yet to be released.

According to a source with knowledge of the IAAF tests, Semenya has internal testes - the male sexual organs that produce testosterone.

Testosterone is a hormone responsible for building muscles and for producing body hair and a deep voice.

Confirmation of the test results is sure to stoke the controversy that erupted after the university student's sensational track triumph.

She has been embraced in her home country - where she was declared "our girl" - and appeared on a magazine cover after a feminine makeover.

"God made me the way I am and I accept myself. I am who I am and I'm proud of myself," she told You Magazine, which ran a photo spread.

"I don't want to talk about the tests. I'm not even thinking about them."

That seems only fair to me since she is not a woman in the purest since of the word. Letting her compete against other women would not be fair to them.

it should be obvious that she/he cannot compete in an all male OR female competition because she is neither .... therefore not only they should take the medal away but they must implement some screening as to if the person does not show clear female/male genitalia (as born with and not surgically changed) then they cannot compete ....

also, this is BS because if she/he is a he (testis) then obviously she would not have won in a male competition hence they put her as female and win ... insane

feel sorry for her/him and she does look like a he ...

Unfair it is, BUT that's how it is. though in some sports it's not accurate and women actually are better. But in the case of runners like here. Menu simply run a lot faster.

you can think it's as unfair as you want, but men and women are NOT identical, there are rather big difference to our bodies. and for sports the male body is in general better, go blame evolution.

and in this case, "she" has considerable parts of male genetics, and by coincidence she broke all records of all women.

Wow! That is very very shocking. I knew she didn't look exactly like a women, but never through she/he would be a hermaphrodite..

    • Most boring game ever. Repetitive, empty, predictable, and full of cliches. Total waste of time and money, IMO.
    • Mafia: The Old Country expansion Man of Honor announced, brings back Salieri from original by Pulasthi Ariyasinghe During Summer Game Fest, 2K and Hanger 13 brought out a new Mafia: The Old Country trailer, revealing the game's first expansion. Named Man of Honor, this is slated to add two new chapters to the Enzo storyline that the game follows. There is an iconic character returning to the series with this expansion, with players set to run into Ennio Salieri, the future Don of the Salieri crime family. Fans of the original Mafia, or its Definitive Edition remake, may remember that name as one of the biggest characters in the storyline. This expansion is set prior to his rise to being the kingpin in the City of Lost Heaven. "Set in Sicily during the winter of 1905, Enzo Favara has proven himself a reliable soldier of the Torrisi crime family in the months since his initiation," says the studio about the new chapters. "Now, the Don entrusts him and Cesare with a delicate assignment of assisting Ennio Salieri, a man of honor recently released from prison and intent on reclaiming what is his." Working at Salieri's side, players will be heading into fresh environments as they return to the role of Enzo as a high-ranking soldato. The studio also promises brand-new weapons, fresh vehicles, and charms to collect in this expansion. Moreover, the expansion will add new content to the updated Free Ride mode. Alongside new collectibles and locations, this will add more challenges to beat alongside Salieri, which are described as runs that will "test the skills of even the most elite mafiosi." The Mafia: The Old Country Man of Honor story expansion will release on August 14, 2026, across PC, Xbox Series X|S, and PlayStation 5. It will cost $10 for owners of the base game to jump into.

    • Telltale returns with The Wolf Among Us, re-revealing the sequel and a new remaster by Pulasthi Ariyasinghe Telltale Games, the studio known for its episodic games from the 2000s, had a surprise appearance at the Summer Game Fest showcase today. The studio has gone through a collapse, an acquisition, and a revival but has largely gone silent in recent years. Today's sudden announcement was for the popular The Wolf Among Us series, with news about the sequel and a remaster dropping. Set after the events of the 2013-released title, the sequel will bring back Biby Wolf for a new adventure in Fabletown. This town of fairy tale characters is becoming unstable, with Snow White not being able to keep order as before. "When a brutal series of crimes threatens to fracture the fragile balance holding Fabletown together, Bigby Wolf, sheriff of Fabletown, finds himself drawn into a dangerous conspiracy that reaches deep into the city’s criminal underworld," says the studio. "As suspicion spreads across the city and powerful forces work against him, Bigby must uncover the truth and decide what kind of sheriff - and what kind of wolf - he is willing to become." At the same time, Telltale also announced The Wolf Among Us Remastered, bringing back the classic with a fresh coat of paint. This will include all five episodes from the original game plus over an hour of extra content that will offer behind-the-scenes videos, cast interviews, image galleries, and deleted scenes. The remaster will also have updated visuals and improved UI elements and accessibility features, alongside upgrades to the animations, audio, and frame rates. Telltale has been working on this project for almost a decade now, but if the new release schedule holds, fans will be able to jump into The Wolf Among Us 2 sometime in 2027. As for The Wolf Among Us Remastered, this is slated to release during this holiday season.
