well, installing themes in foobar can be hard. go to Customize.org or Deviantart, find a theme that you like and then follow the instructions, install the right plugins, like columns UI and after that ... god speed.

Yeah that's pretty much the best advice I can give also, and it's usually what I do myself. Currently using Shuyo and it's great :)

I've used to search for themes on different sites , but then I realized that I love Foobar for what I can do myself so ... I have a look-alike of the theme presented in that clip. The simpler, the better :p Look here
