Do not under estimate such work, you might hear someday that Microsoft bought them for millions. I personally think they're doing a great job.

Microsoft already make a pretty good alternative it's called Windows Explorer. Maybe you've heard of it?

always called fail on this project, the "project managers" always were a bunch of arrogant nobodys who had their own ideas about how to manage an IT project. Normally that wouldn't be such a bad thing, lots of hobby projects are run this way and people learn from them. However I lost all respect from them when they started accepting donations and remained a closed source project. Those people giving donations have been ripped of imho.
