Have you checked that the 'print area' is set correctly and not printing empty cells to the sides and below?

Yes, I even tried setting again just now.

Strange all looks fine here on Excel 2002, must be a local setting i'm guessing.

The file prints fine on my end.

A few things to try:

1. Try printing the file to a pdf printer. See if it still has the same problem.

2. Try saving the as PDF. File-->Save As-->PDF or XPS , see if the problem persists.

From what I can understand now is that there is a problem in the specific printer you are using? Is everything else printing correctly?

Print preview works fine for me in '07.

What's your page setup like? This can be found from the print preview screen.

Attached screen shot. Looks all normal to me.

Shows up the same way it does in my print preview.

Just a guess, but it looks like the printer has been set to print 4 sheets per page.

Now that you say something, it does look like that, but the setting seems all normal. I went into printer properties and checked the settings. Am I missing another one somewhere? (Attached screenshot)

...

Well, since it doesn't appear to be the file, maybe I'll try uninstalling and reinstalling Office and the printer. Any other way to reset printing options to all defaults?
