I must be doing something wrong as I can't get the start button to work. I applied the uxtheme changes x32 and x64 and placed the folder in the correct area. What do I do with explorer.exe?

yes minimize right click

No that gives you the option of minimizing the window, not decreasing the height value of the toolbar; it's probably a registry hack or similar.

Personalised, Window Colour - drop it waaaay down. That seemed to of worked for me although the transparency isn't as much as I'd like.

Im having the same problem, plus a couple others (see screenshot)

*edit Ok got the weather happening as I want it, only thing left for me is the start orb. Anyone got it working yet?

For the weather gadget:

http://weather.msn.com

1. Find your city by typing in the search field.

2. Top Right - click either F or C depending on what you use for your temperature.

3. Right click, 'copy link address' on the RSS button under the C | F selection on the top right.

4. Go to Rainlender Options

5. Click Skins

6. Active Skins > Statica EN Edit - Weather. Click that.

7. Click the settings button

8. Paste your RSS feed in the 'Window Varibles'

9. Save/Apply settings, and refresh rainlender.

Those having difficulty with explorer.exe, take ownership of the original file and make a copy of it, then copy the new explorer.exe file over the original and restart your pc. Et voil?, enjoy;))
