Star Trek Micro Machines

Recommended Posts

I used to have set II quite some time ago and recently went about rebuilding my collection.

Here is what I've managed to snag on ebay;

Complete LEC Set I

Complete LEC Set II

just need the Enterprise E for the LCE Set III

Complete Television Series II

and a bunch of extra ones that came with most of the set III ships because it was job lot.

and the rare sisko solar sail ship.

a photo of my collection;

I'm still waiting for the bird of prey from generations, the original coloured borg cube & the NX-2000.

Then all I will need is;

The caretakers array, kazon torpedo, hms bounty & the enterprise e. The first two being verrrrry rare and the last two being quite expensive.

That's awesome :)

I have quite a few myself, although I think you have me beat. The chrome/pewter set is sweet; I didn't know they made that.

I also only have one set, which I unboxed and played with :p. My favorite was always the future Enterprise-D from 'All Good things... ", with the third engine.

wow i haven't seen those in a long time lol. I remember when i was a child they had like folding tricorders and phasors that would open with little figures and play sets inside them as well however those were from the TNG saga.

I thought It would be worth collecting them again as micro machines are cool :) and I had lots of fun back then with them. The Star Trek ones are becoming harder to find and some are pretty rare and expensive if you do find them, and yea the 3 engine enterprise is sweet.

There are 3 main sets, 3 silver sets & two bronze sets. Set III of the main collection is the hardest to find (boxed). I only found one seller with most of the ships in a bundle in the UK.

The first USS Excelsior model is hard to find because it was a misprinted model, it was meant to just come out as the NCC-2000 but the first few were printed as NX-2000 like in the 3rd movie, and then they stopped and re-released them with NCC-2000.

The Bird of Prey from the 4th movie was only featured in the standard boxes of 3 ships and is hard to find, as is the BOP from Generations.

The Caretakers Array, Kazon Torpedo and Sisko's Solar Sail ship were all sold in the standard boxes of 3 ships as well and are hard to find too.

Each main collection comes with 16 ships in total (including the bonus ship(s). The silver & bronze sets have around 7 or 8 ships each.

There was also a borg cube with different colouring.

So cool, but I don't think you should have unboxed them. Might be worth a little something in a couple of years.

They were already unboxed, it's very hard to find a boxed set III (the ones on the right). You could end up paying 120-200 pounds. I was very lucky to find one UK seller with 12 ships from set III, Managed to get 3 more from anothter seller. They are not easy to find, you gotta grab 'em while they are there!

Very nice collection.

Dare I ask how much u paid for the Ent-E? I have been trying to find a loose E and voyager without paying an arm and a leg.

i know there were 3 bird of preys released... The BOP (lt greene), the One from generations (dk greene), and the HMS bounty from SrchFrSpk... which one are you missing?

Also, cant tell from your picture... do you have the seperating D?

I could only find 3 of the Ent-E on ebay 2 from overseas for around 50 GBP and the one I bought was again with a bunch of other ships. So I thought what the heck and bought the lot. It did have a few that you don't see that often and a few more common ones. As for the price it was like buying two Ent-E's....but I manged to knock the price down a bit... (bare in mind it was a total of 23 ships) Shall have to sell some on one day.

The only BOP i'm missing is the movable wings one but I'm not paying almost 100 GBP for a single micro machine, maybe if it was in packaging with other ships etc. I draw the line on spending loads on just one.

I think I know what my next few purchases off eBay are going to be! Nice collection :)

Cool.

I think I had a bunch of Star Wars ones...

Didn't know they did Star Wars.

Soooo.... you had the Star Wars ones, but you didn't know they made Star Wars ones? :p

Personally I think the Star Trek models are a lot more detailed than the Star Wars ones. Not because I'm a fanboy, I like the Wars too! Just seems that the Trek ships are made a bit better.

step closer to completing my collection, only missing two now!!! snagged me the HMS Bounty on ebay for a cool ?50, knocked down from ?80, believe it or not, that is a good deal for this particular on:):)

I shall add a new photo of my collection when I get the rest in the post! (which might take a while..)

it's a long shot but I'll ask anyway, if any of you sweet folk have thCaretakers Array b> oKazon Torpedob> micro machines or both and would like to part with them please pm me!

    • I bought this game. Played it for an hour, and then got a refund from Steam. Not a fun game at all.

    • Forza Horizon 6 gets another hotfix for one of the game's online modes by Taras Buria Recently, Forza Horizon 6 players discovered an interesting glitch that allowed farming a crazy amount of in-game credits in a few minutes. Playground Games quickly pulled the plug on the exploit by disabling one of the game's online modes, and today, the studio is rolling out another hotfix. In my review, I complained about the game still showering gamers with cars, credits, and wheelspins. As such, earning money in Forza Horizon 6 is not a particularly difficult task. You simply have to play the game, crazy, I know. However, people still found an easier path to becoming a billionaire in Forza Horizon 6. All you had to do was purchase the Hummer EV, install a specific tune, shift in reverse while going at about 15 MPH, hit a wall, and get launched into the stratosphere at the speed of light. While mid-air, launch Eliminator and quickly get eliminated. Boom, the game just awarded you with a few million in-game credits. Initially, Playground Games disabled Eliminator to prevent people from farming credits. Now, following the release of the first balancing update, developers are rolling out a new update that re-enables Eliminator and gives users a free McLaren Sabre as a gesture of goodwill. Here is the changelog: One critical issue remains unpatched, though. There are quite a few reports of the game wiping gamers' saves, and developers are still looking into that. To avoid potential data loss, Playground Games recommends taking one of the steps outlined in a previously published support article.
