I would say no since it uses a download manager that allows you to pause and resume a download-

This is handy for example when you decide that you need something else downloaded sooner. Or in some cases where you have to run to the store but don't want to keep your computer connected. Not to mention in the case of a friend who will start a download and then decide that he wants to play his favourite online game, where he pauses the download and plays the game and when finished playing the game resumes the download.
