Lost weight without even trying? o.O

Recommended Posts

I just recently stepped on a scale for the first time in like... 4 months.

I used to weigh like 225.. 220?

I'm down to 205.

I don't know how I did it. I guess all the water I'm drinking and only eating when my body says "Hey moron, you're getting hungry.." really sort of works.

Good work man. I found out this way of dieting myself. Drink a tall glass of water before you eat and after you eat. it will make your stomach feel full but that's all water, you can **** all that out. I use to almost 200lbs and I'm a short guy standing at 5'6. Now I'm only 135lbs you can checkout my Myspace to see for yourself. This idea works and you really don't have to worry about what you eat too :D

Maybe you have worms?

... Seriously though, totally jealous, I have to work hard to maintain a steady weight :(

Drink a metric ton of water. Seriously. My dietary habits have changed dramatically since I stopped drinking pop almost 12 months ago. I don't even have a sweet tooth anymore. I bought two bags of candy for trick or treat kids this year, I ate ONE piece and I was like.. "ick."

I have found this works exactly the same for me.

I lost about 3 stone in 4 months so far, which is pretty good to be honest.

Congrats, I was pushing 225-230 a few years back, I got all the way down to 182 then been hanging in the mid 190's. I'm on a push to get down to between 160-170. The most noticible differences for me was the belt my wife gave me as a present when I was up to 210. I actually reached a point where I couldn't wear this belt being to big, then as lost the fat, I had to have the belt shortened so I could still wear it. I'm sure I'll have to shorten it again when I approach 170. Other things are how my clothes fit me, I can wear some some things I couldn't before, I still wear some of the bigger clothes which are baggy. I've done it primarily though diet and exercise. Changing diet habits is the major thing, then increasing exercise falls in line with the whole weight loss and feeling better. (Y)

Dat der soda is bad news bears.

Im at 175 right now. Was up to 190 at one point, lol.

End of High school - 150 at 12%

End of Freshman year at college - 170 at 12%

Summer of Soph to junior year - 188 at 12.5%

Beginning of Junior year, now 175 @ 10.5%

BF is all estimates.

How much water are you drinking? If you're feeling dehydrated constantly and loosing weight for no apparent reason, you might have a serious medical illness.

I don't feel dehydrated constantly..

I don't drink pop anymore.

I only drink water/milk/juice/teas.

As such, I drink a lot of water.

good work. it's not easy for some folks.

lucky I don't have to exert to much to loose anything...just genes like some others... 6' 160 lbs the highest i ever got was 188 lbs....felt bulkier and waist went up to 34 now all those clothes are like loose...waist back to 32 ...lol that's the only crappy thing about loosing weight by just doing a few extra things outdoors...damn clothes never seem to fit properly...end up looking a bit like a Ragamuffin..

    • The level of stupidity at Google and Microsoft is beyond belief. All they are doing by killing this is forcing people to jump over to Firefox and ditch them all together, therefore giving Firefox the market boost it needs to finally crush them all in the end.
