Anyone with a pair of functional eyes. That's absolutely hideous. It also probably has a twelve litre engine with the same horsepower as a british lawnmower, and only goes in a straight line.

At first glance, it looked like it had a mounted gun on the hood. It also looks like the back-end is smashed in/non-existent.
