Looking for testers for a web app.

Question

Hi all,

I am looking for testers to provide feedback on a new hosted CMS I am developing, called Toolbox, so if you are a web designer, web developer, freelance/work in anything to do with the web or just want to try out a new and shiny web app go here and enter your e-mail address and I will send through the details. :)

You can find out more information about Toolbox here.

Thanks.

Sounds identical to a project I love that works beautifully.. check out the video:

http://www.cushycms.com/

Although, Toolbox and CushyCMS does the same thing, as in editing a static website via FTP. But with Toolbox you don't need to add classes to what you want editable by default everything on the website is editable. Although you can also use the editable class to control what you can edit on the website, just in case you don't want your clients editing something they shouldn't edit.

Instead of giving a few text boxes and guessing what your changes will look like. With Toolbox you inline edit your website which will allow you to see what it will look like while editing.

Toolbox also has APIs which will have you to build your own Toolbox or add Toolbox into your current client software.

Plus I built Toolbox from the ground up as interchangeable parts. A future feature will be plug-ins where you can add features to the inline editing feature of Toolbox and maybe other features of Toolbox by creating Javascript plug-ins.

I will send though a invite to you and Sev7enVII shortly, so you both can try it out for yourself. :)

Sounds cool! :) Had you actually seen Cushy before you started developing this?
