I am working on High Level Application Development so, I am using HL language most like C#,Java etc.If you are working embedded you should use C,C++ :)

I typically deal with C++, but lately I've been using dotNET more and more.. pleasantly surprised by its performance and feature set, and can get things up and running in an absurdly short amount of time. Bouncing between C# and VB.NET, not sure which I like more yet.. leaning towards VB.NET to be honest though, it's actually a rather powerful language now.

Used to use Delphi a lot, but it's just been going downhill for me lately to the point where I can't stand Embarcadero anymore.. their biggest concern now is just shoveling out a new "upgrade" every year and copy protection.. they just don't seem to care about fixing any of the bugs anymore, and some have been carried over for years.

Currently I'm stuck with VB.NET (1.1, 2.0 and 3.5) at work doing ASP.NET. Obviously this comes with JavaScript and SQL (MS SQL Server and IBM Informix) as well.

Preferably, I most enjoy C#, C++ and Python though. They're my favourite languages. Keen to get learning F# too if I get chance, since I'm looking to steer away from OOP just to broaden my skillset and not become too OOP dependent. Quite interested in looking at Go too, although I haven't looked at it properly yet.
