Have to wait till next week to see it, it won't air in Australia till at least next year (as Channel 9 will need time to fill it full of ads - as SBS no longer has the rights to Top Gear but not sure when 9 take over? still on SBS at the moment...) and near the limit on my "unlimited" internet (internet in Australia is a joke) so can't download it either (till next week when the new billing cycle starts) :( ....

I thought the episode was a little lack lustre. They've done the whole road trip thing before, so that was nothing new. The Dacia added a twist, but you knew it was gonna get damaged. BMW vs. Mercedes, I believe they've done that before too.

I'm glad the new season is back, but for the opener it wasn't that good. They didn't play on the fact that it was in HD, they did the "let's find a great road while driving even better cars" thing before, BMW vs Merc lacked an edge, liked Star in Cheap Car for a change. Overall, there was nothing there for me to get excited about.

We know Top Gear is a great show, but it has to keep try to maintain its great position instead of riding the high horse. Fingers crossed that the rest of the season will be better...

They didn't play on the fact that it was in HD

I assumed that was what the 'finding the best driving road' was all about. After all it did look amazing in HD

      I own these and the normal QuietComfort ones from Bose. The QC are amazing and I want to love these, but for the life of me, I have a terrible time getting them attached to my ears.
