The 2004 polo is the best priced out of those. Like +what says the 1.0 3dr isn't worth that.

Don;t rush though unless you need a car today spend a couple of weeks browsing and going to look at them - especially if they are close by!

agreed

also check with VW dealers, they might be able to get you something on their lot, it will come with some sort of warranty too!

A Corsas is a great little car and they hold their value well. Good steering and the feel of the gearbox is better than a lot of other similarly priced cars. Also they are closer to a "proper car" than most other little cars. If you can get a 5 door even more so.

@ +what... a corsa isn't really a chavs car unless you have put a music system and other modifications to it worth more than the car.

Sorry but I have to agree with the Chav statement. Where I live, the amount of Corsa's owned by Chav's is ridiculous.

Just got this for my first car:

Specs:

* 2001

* SXi

* 51,000 miles

* Manual

* 1.2L

* Petrol

Listed price was ?2695 got it down to ?2500:):) , I still think it was a little bit over priced, but it came with 1 year mot, tax and a full service and full service history (serviced every 5,000 miles).

not bad!

i honestly feel ?2.5k is a lot for a first car.. but that's another issue:DD

good luck, don't crash it!;))

I originally planned to get a cheaper car. But I started saving quite early and ended up having quite abit more money than I had expected. So I thought why not as I had nothing else to spend it on:))

definately expensive for that type of car! hope it serves you well! serviced every 5k miles?!!?? just check the documentation to make sure its a proper service- to me its sounds odd to have a service so often on a corsa.
