How long does a E74 Error take for repair?

Recommended Posts

Most days now, they don't repair the 360, they simply just send out a new one to speed up the process. That's what happened to me last time a few months ago. I was only without a 360 for just ten days. :)

My 360 was picked up by Microsoft on the 30th of October, according to the Xbox website it has just been shipped back to me today, so it will be 12 days if it arrives back tomorrow.

I have two mates who have recently sent 360?s back, one had an RROD the other had a dead DVD drive. Both got the same console back, could just be luck of the draw.

k, thnx, was wondering if the 2week thing MS said was a rareity, or commonly 2 weeks

I think it depends, the second time I sent my launch console, I suppose they wanted to replace it to avoid further issues. So I assume it has various factors to it.
