xichael Posted November 15, 2009 Share Posted November 15, 2009 All of a sudden, I have no sound. It was working last night, and this morning, it's not. I can't imagine why... I just reinstalled the Sigamatel driver, and it is selected as the default audio device. Any ideas what could be wrong? Sound is unmuted, devmgmt is exclamation mark free, yet the laptop speakers and headphone jack are both nonfunctional. We're talking about the onboard sound on my Dell 1300 laptop, BTW.
